Terms of Business
1. These terms and conditions of business are between The Nanny Webb (“Agency”) and the nanny, babysitter, mothercraft nurse or au-pair (”Child Carer”) and their deemed to be accepted by the Child Carer by virtue of the attending an interview with the client of The Nanny Webb (“Client”)
2. The Agency operates as an introduction agency between the Client and Child Carer. The Child Carer is not employed by the agency and at all times is under the supervision, direction and control of the Client.
3. The Child Carer agrees to notify the agency immediately if an engagement is agreed with Client, giving details of the date of commencement and the intended length.
4. If the Child Carer receives an agency fee from the client, on behalf of The Nanny Webb,, it will be transferred to the bank account of the Nanny Webb within 5 business days. No further placements will be made by The Nanny Webb until payment in full has been received.

5. While the agency endeavours to verify the background of the Clients introduced to the Child Carer, we cannot guarantee that all the information regarding the Client or his/her children is accurate.
6. The agency does not accept any liability whatsoever for misrepresentations made by Clients. It is ultimately the sole responsibility of the Child Carer to make their own enquiries and checks to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the client and his/her children. The agency gives no guarantee regarding the capability, character, medical condition, age,, or suitability of the children.
7. The agency shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage or expenses suffered or incurred by the Child Carer arising from, or in any way connected, with the agency introducing them to a Client.
8. No variation can be made to these terms without the written consent of The Nanny Webb.
