Prior to nanny placement we will meet you face to face and make sure we know what you are looking for in a nanny, we will then carefully compare this against all our nannies, only ever sending suitable candidates for interview. We pay particular attention to the personal details which will ensure a long and flourishing relationship.
When providing babysitters we do our best to maintain continuity in order that both your children and you will feel the added comfort that comes from the trust established between you.
We insist on a personal interview for all our nannies and babysitters, including details of qualifications, their childcare knowledge and overall experience. We require at least two references and a NSW or equivalent police check to be undertaken prior to placement of any nanny.
The Nanny Webb acts an introduction agency and it is the responsibility of parents to ensure all necessary tax and superannuation obligations are fulfilled.
